Special breaks
Special breaks are available during the autumn and winter months, from November to the end of January,
except the Christmas, New Year and half term weeks.
Pick at least any two nights, weekends included, and stay an extra night for half price. You
are obviously welcome, and encouraged, to stay for longer !
Cornwall out of season
Outside of the main season, the Tamar Valley, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor have much to offer those interested in the great outdoors. Autumn brings astonishing, rich colour, the cooler days allowing for more comfortable walking conditions, although wet-weather gear is advisable, and the crisp, stark beauty of winter throws the structure of the surrounding environment into sharp relief.
Visiting the North coast and witnessing the power of the winter storms coming in off the Atlantic, you might be forgiven for thinking that the region was an entirely different one to the place you might have visited during the summer.
Wherever you decide to go, you will always have the comfort of knowing that you will be returning to a warm, cosy base. The fire in the lounge will be lit, with a plentiful supply of food and drink available - no need to wait for the pub to open !
