Booking Terms and Conditions
In order to secure a reservation, we need to take details of a credit or debit card.
We will not take anything from your card in advance of your stay, however, if less than thirty day’s notice of cancellation is given, and we are unable to re-let the room(s), we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of your stay. If less than two week’s notice of cancellation is given we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your stay.
On the very rare occassion that we do need to charge a cancellation fee, we only charge for those nights that we have not been able to re-let the room(s), and do not charge an administration fee.
Guests are responsible for any loss from or damage to our premises, or the furnishings or equipment therein, caused by themselves or an animal within their control, and are responsible for the cost of remedying the damage, or replacement of any items missing.
By providing us with your card details you are agreeing to the above terms.
