Eating well
Good food is very important to us; we spend a high proportion of our income on things to eat. This is not to say that we buy needlessly expensive ingredients, or that we eat excessively, but that we do not mind paying for quality produce from people who are passionate about what they do.This outlook inluences what we offer for breakfast and evening meals at our Cornwall bed and breakfast.
Eating well without being precious about it is not that difficult, and is not necessarily more time consuming. Once 'organic', 'local', 'traceability' etc cease to be buzzwords and start to represent how most of us go about buying our food, as we did not so long ago, we can all relax and enjoy ourselves properly.
