Situated on the Cornwall / Devon border, in a quiet, peaceful hamlet within the Tamar Valley AONB, midway between Bodmin moor and Dartmoor and both coasts, you will be perfectly placed to explore the region's many and varied attractions.
Although no longer a working farm, the surrounding area is entirely agricultural, which means that on the rare occasions that any traffic passes through, it is almost guaranteed to be a tractor. A number of residents keep their own animals, including sheep, cattle, and chickens, and the extensive birdlife produces a variety of sound which is a joy to wake up to.
Unfortunately, because of the age and layout of the house we are unable to provide access for wheelchairs, and would recommend that if you are at all concerned about access it would be best to call us in advance. Click here to download our access statement.
