Rezare Farmhouse bed and breakfast is situated in a quiet, peaceful hamlet within the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall / Devon border, an unspoilt area, untouched by mass tourism.

Unwind and recharge

We offer B&B accommodation with a particular emphasis on good food and sustainability, and we are dog friendly. Our aim is that you should enjoy unhurried hospitality in relaxed, informal surroundings.

Central location

Our comfortable, characterful, 17th century farmhouse is located midway between Launceston and Callington, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and both coasts. You will be perfectly placed to explore all that this region of the South West of England has to offer.

Rural, peaceful, quiet

Although no longer a working farm, the surrounding area is entirely agricultural, which means that on the rare occasions that any traffic passes through, it is almost guaranteed to be a tractor. The extensive birdlife produces a variety of sound which is a joy to wake up to.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, because of the age and layout of the house we are unable to provide access for wheelchairs, and would recommend that if you are at all concerned about access it would be best to call us in advance. Click here to download our access statement.

After a day out exploring, relax and enjoy a freshly prepared evening meal in the characterful dining room. Sample an award-winning, locally produced wine beer or cider at the same time.

Explore the many and varied attractions that the Tamar Valley, Cornwall and Devon have to offer. Great walking and cycling, grand houses, beautiful gardens and a variety of outdoor pursuits.

Leave the car behind

Why go away on holiday and then spend the majority of your hard earned break sitting in the car ? With careful planning, you could travel by public transport, or arrange for someone to transfer your luggage while walking or cycling around the area.
