Booking Terms and Conditions
In order to secure a reservation, we need to take details of a credit or debit card.We will not take anything from your card in advance of your stay. However, if less than thirty day’s notice of cancellation is given, and we have turned people away and are unable to re-let the room(s), we reserve the right to charge for those nights that we have had other enquiries, up to the full cost of your stay.
Unfortunately, because of the temperamental nature of this country's climate, we cannot accept 'poor weather' as a reason for cancellation, except, of course, if conditions prohibit travel.
If you do need to cancel a reservation, or change dates, please telephone us. Notification by email may not be retrieved immediately, or may go astray, and so is not accepted.
Guests are responsible for any loss from or damage to our premises, or the furnishings or equipment therein, caused by themselves or an animal within their control, and are responsible for the cost of remedying the damage, or replacement of any items missing.
By providing us with your card details you are agreeing to the above terms. If you are at all concerned about cancellation, it might be a good idea to take out adequate holiday insurance.
Checking In
The rooms are normally available from 3pm onwards, with latest check-in time being 9pm.
