Booking Terms and ConditionsIn order to secure a reservation, we need to take details of a credit or debit card.
We will not take a deposit from your card in advance of your stay.
CancellationIf less than thirty day’s notice of cancellation is given, and we have turned people away and are unable to re-let the room(s), we reserve the right to charge for those nights that we have had other enquiries, up to the full cost of your stay.
For Christmas Break reservations, the cancellation period is sixty days.
Because of the temperamental nature of this country's climate, we cannot accept 'poor weather' as a reason for cancellation, except, of course, if conditions prohibit travel.
If you are concerned about cancellation, it might be a good idea to take out adequate holiday insurance.
Cancelling or amending a reservationIn the event that you need to change your plans, please let us know by telephone as soon as possible so that we can make the room(s) available. Notification by email may not be retrieved immediately, or may go astray, and so is not accepted.
DamageGuests are responsible for any loss from or damage to our premises, or the furnishings or equipment therein, caused by themselves or an animal within their control, and are responsible for the cost of remedying the damage, or replacement of any items missing.
